Music facts are confusing 9 comments

Exactly. Music doesn't make people depressed, depression makes people want to listen to music because it makes them feel better.

Yeah, some of the francophones in Quebec aren't huge fans of Canada. There's even a secession movement going on, but it's much less popular now than it was in the nineties.

I don't think "they" ever deprived us of anything; I have access to education, and meaningful music, and art. The problem is that so many of us CHOOSE the meaningless, mass-produced alternative because it's so much less challenging. "They" aren't holding us back; we did this to ourselves.

"Hurt" isn't an adjective, they were just using the progressive verb tenses ("I have gone") instead of the simple tenses ("I went"). In the simple tenses, "hurt" is past and present, and "will hurt" is future. The person's point was right, they just did a bad job of demonstrating it.

Personally I think Dirk and Rose from Homestuck were well done as gay characters.

There was no explicit statement of it but it seems likely to me that he had feelings for Grindelwald

I'm not entirely sure why you can't call someone thin. Yes, it can sometimes be used as an insult or it can make someone self-conscious, but it's not universally bad.
