I'm sorry but no... the Joker isn't a good person at all. He is actually pretty sexist, and is abusive to his girl (harley)

They should give you this packet that tells you everything to prepare for before and after the procedure. You shouldn't spit or rinse the first 24 hours or else you can get dry sockets, which are incredibly painful and take longer to heal. If you get sick from the pain medication, you should call your doctor and have him prescribe you some different medication.

After the medication they give you wears off, like the novacane and stuff you will probably want the pain meds for at least the first two days. You don't feel pain for a few hours because they numb your jaw but later the pain will come back. It's not unbearable.. so it's up to you.
for eating tips, the first week you should just eat soft food, don't eat anything that requires a lot of chewing (like meat or sandwiches) avoid seeds or anything with grains (like bread)

I got mine removed 3 weeks ago and they're pretty much healed now. The first week is gonna suck.. just stay in bed, change the gauze frequently (every 40 minutes to an hour or until it stops bleeding) and watch movies. Try not to move too much and keep everything you need by your bed. I got norcos as pain meds, just make sure you eat a little something, like apple sauce before you take the pills so you don't get nauseous. Don't spit at all the first 24 hours, you need the blood to clot. Make sure to take all your antibiotics, about 3 a day to avoid infections. I would recommend eating yogurt the second day to avoid a yeast infection. Also be careful brushing your teeth, trust me you definitely want to brush because you can get a really horrible taste in your mouth from the blood and puss.
I was pretty freaked out about the surgery, just try to relax. They gave you good drugs that put you to sleep almost instantly and it will be over before you know it. good luck!
