To everyone wondering how he got up there, why not just use Google, instead of asking other readers? FYI, the statue is hollow, and there are stairs/ladders inside. This idiot bribed security to let him inside the base. I wonder how long it will be before one of these people who insist on taking selfies from precarious places falls from the height they ILLEGALLY climb to? If you don't care for your own safety, fine, but what about your family, or the people you splatter yourself on, when you fall? Or those who have to clean you up?

This is the third cartoon I have seen from this artist, and none of them make any sense. Or contain any humor, the reason for cartoons to exist.

Simple solution. Go to bed first tonight. Get in on the made up side. Who cares if the bed is made or not? So long as the sheets are clean. Very petty response.
