I guess that it's not so much that they are being glorified for their sexual orientation but rather they are being respected for the fact that being true to themselves makes life inherently more difficult for them and yet they still choose to be open. I respect and would give glory to that type of courage any day regardless of whether it's associated with sexual orientation or gender identity or anything that requires that kind of bravery.

Okay, so, I agree that there is nothing romantic about illness. It's scary and hell and nobody wants the reality of it. BUT I am so tired of seeing people say "oh, that popular brat said she wants to kill herself, but she's pretty and has friends so she's just faking it for attention." Think. About. Every. Effing. Time. Someone has illegitimized what you were feeling because they just couldn't "see" why you would feel that way. Because they saw your cries for help as "jokes" or "bad poetry" or "attention seeking." Maybe they aren't legitimately ill, but do you really want to risk adding to their problems if it is true? I had people around me kind enough to afford me that courtesy; they deserve that, too.

So in summary: when you take a shitty picture where no one can tell if it's in the shadow or illuminated, people will debate endlessly as though they are seeing different things when in all actuality it's just the state if mind, or, context.

Is this how to identify someone from tumblr or how to spot a nerdfighter?? I know it is one of them but I can't remember which.

But also remember being casual or funny about your own issues isn't unheard of; in fact a way I coped with the memories of my darkest times and even sometimes while I was still in that terrible headspace is that I would make a joke or force a smile so I could get it out and learn not to be ashamed of it. I guess what I'm trying to say is that even the most flippant comment can hide a piece of truth.

I've heard it was based off of a seed used in Ancient Rome for birth control.

As an artist I implore you.... Please, please, for the love of all that is good, never do anything like this without the artists' full consent! It is disrespectful and ruins hours if not days worth of work (not to mention years of training).

Actually, I believe it is implying the only literature/source of knowledge that influences Christians is the bible.

That's good food for thought... And no worries, I understand why you might have misread/misinterpreted my question (people can be very close minded and I'm sure you've seen WAY too many rude people). Thank you again for your time!

I know that, I've just never had a strong understanding of gender identity and I've seen you be open in the past about yours. Thank you very much for your time, though (I know the last thing you want to do is deal with anonymous questions on the internet).

This is a legitimate question I am asking because I hate being ignorant, and I acknowledge that I am... How do you know you are actually a man, and not just a female with a traditionally masculine personality? I'm not questioning that you are, just curious. I apologize if this is an awkward or unanswerable question.

I wonder what this guy thinks about pediatricians 28 comments

I completely understand (I have to deal with atheists doing that and other more evangelical religious people doing that as well), but saying they are "obviously wrong" wasn't the best wording. As this site seems to have forgotten, everyone is entitled to their own beliefs.

Why does it seem like every single comment section on this website finds some way to bash religion?

Don't act as though all religious people are the same, just as not all non religious people are the same. We are all entitled to our beliefs and I simply ask that you do not act quite so disrespectful
