But we don't bleed, so we got that going for us. 45 comments

I really am going to need to create an account at this rate. This is my second scientific rant since the Ebola post. First off yes I suppose that it does seem as bad as a girl's period since we don't bleed/discharge a part of ourselves. But what you people don't know (and isn't even mentioned in this post) is that we get these hormone imbalances every flipping day! Girls, you hormone cycles last 28 days, ours last 24 HOURS!
Now, ladies, ask yourself. How delightful must it be to have a period's mental effects: the horny, the hungry, the angry, the depressed... at random intervals (since it doesn't sync up with our circadian rhythm) every damn day? And on top of that, unlike the female period, which everyone vaguely understands, the male "period" is so obscure that we have to have post like this to notify the masses. Therefore guys going into their first testosterone cycles as just as confused as their female counterparts, without the sympathy..But hey, at least we don't bleed, right?
