Well, the "Vorsicht Stufe"-stickers in the entrance hall of the Humboldt University Berlin have been installed by internationally acclaimed conceptual artist Ceal Floyer from London and are meant as modern art, see e.g. Google search for "Ceal Floyer Vorsicht Stufe".
