But seriously study after study is showing how bad the amount of screen time is getting is bad for kids. It cannot be unregulated.

The goal of the Foster care system is to reunify kids with their bio parents. Sometimes that's a good thing sometimes it's not. A lot of times it takes a while to get the bio parents clean and they cause a lot of chaos in the kids will being just in short scheduled visits.
