Maybe it is because the person wanted to show he knows 2 languages.
Or maybe he just got used to how matematica sounds in his language and changed only the last part because Master of Numbers sounds lame in his own language.
or simply Matematica is more cool to draw (considering the simetry between the letters M and A are amazing in this picure) than Mathematics
so stop being such a jerk and simply enjoy the art
