But Having A Period Can't Be That Bad 51 comments

That's why you consult a doctor. Also, to clarify to other people, obviously Julie is not meaning that a woman who wants a baby *now* would be taking birth control. Some of these, mainly the implantable devices, have long-term effects.

Pretty much every protest ever. They just fuck up their cause, inconvenience a lot of people, and only make people aware enough to start hating them.

Many women take birth control pills, even if they aren't sexually active, because the hormones help regulate and reduce menstrual cramps and associated bleeding. In fact, it isn't that uncommon for them "miss" several consecutive periods, or even stop having them for long stretches at a time. Consult a doctor about birth control pills and their regulatory effects.

Wouldn't it be much easier if they just used a speaker with voice prompts? There is something else that uses it... oh yeah, all of the successful GPS devices/apps.

That is most often because the ductus arteriosus does not close properly, forming the ligamentum arteriosum. The ductus directly connects the pulmonary artery and the aorta, since the fetus' lungs are not the site for gas exchange (they are filled with amniotic fluid) to re-oxygenate the blood. The heart is usually otherwise fully developed, even in prematures.

Technically, the fetus develops an actual heart after only a few weeks.

That might actually be my best shot at getting someone to marry me: tell her we will invite the Queen and that I know the trick to getting her to show up.

A fermi is a distance. Not the distance I would want to be from a spider for two reasons:
1) fangs
2) nuclear reactions

However, everyone reacts differently to physical or emotional pain, so you still won't know. An interpretation of Bundle Theory is that each series of experiences generates a new stream of consciousness, which means that we psychologically become new people.

Spiders are some of the coolest animals. They have so many innovative ways to capture their prey.

You can make math part of anything. Likewise you can have a very good understanding of how stars function and evolve at a chemical and conceptual physics level with very minimal mathematics. Besides, most of the math done in nearly every job (including the sciences and engineering) is performed by computers with programs that are already written and customized for a variety of specific applications. Just because math is difficult for mightyoak does not mean they cannot understand it.
