Which one has more value? 25 comments

Perhaps so. But that is true regardless if you are talking about $50 or $1M, it is not special to infinity, and does not actually reflect upon the value. If you had an infinite amount of time, would you rather take naps that lasted 12 years or 62 quadrillion seconds? You get one done quicker, but it really doesn't matter from your point of view.

Check to make sure that is true for your country. This is apparently true for the UK, but not necessarily anywhere else.

Language should be fluid, certainly; however, it should not devolve into pure nonsense. Instead, it should incorporate new words and nuances to keep in pace with other exponentially expanding fields (e.g. sciences and technologies). In particular, English already has too many synonyms, so we don't need to arbitrarily add more and turn the language into a hodgepodge jumblefuck.

Many of you have said something right, followed by something wrong. Value doesn't really make sense when talking about infinity. There are certainly different types of infinities, and there are an uncountably infinite number of real (or complex) numbers between any two numbers, but there are not more uncountably infinite numbers between a different set of two numbers that are further apart on a countable number line. This is because infinity is not a number and is not subject to normal mathematical operations, e.g. 50 times infinity is still infinity, and the number of real numbers between 1 and 2 is the same level of infinity as the number of real numbers between 5 and 5 million. Hope that clears something up.

I can't write straight even with lines. Though I typically write either 2 or 3 lines of text between each set of blue lines. I've fit as much as 5 single-spaced typed pages on one side of a piece of college ruled notebook paper.

All of us have done something super crazy that should never have worked, but most of us freak out like everyone else watching; it takes a special discipline to be nonchalant about it.

He couldn't get into my lab, or even into the building or up the elevator, without activating everything with an ID. Even if we had no security measures, I wouldn't hire someone on the basis of deceit or lack of protocl. I need people who follow protocols, or none of their work is valid.
