the moment you make a move and are shot down. its still the same shit. you can still be friends if you can handle it, but odds are you cannot, we are all just human. lingering on is just the same as checking those facebook updates. even when i manage to stay friends with exes, theres a period in themiddle of absence. you CAN go back and be friends again later if you recover, but the wise person pulls away and recovers.

can't be that much different than being dumped by someone you love. move on. it happens. welcome to life. try not to look at his(her) facebook too much and see the girls (guys) that somehow deserved his(her) love. eventually that feeling that someone is inside your chest smashing your heart will fade.

best friends get all of this. they get everything except physical touch.

before someone gets contrary i want to be clear i am not saying that there not mean INDIVIDUALS with dumb shit to say, but what i am saying is for the majority, adulthood shifts priorities and the stupid things that mattered and got you mocked in school, no longer do.

school is not real life... everyone gets made fun of for anything. i am not saying any of it is right, but real life is different. i hate bills and responsibilities, but god otherwise i love being adult. adults still gossip but its not the same, no one really cares who you sleep with, what your weight is, if your weird, if your quiet, all adults really care about is that you do your job, carry your weight, and don't interfere with their lives, and even if you do, if you have a good enough reason (like, a visible disability) they still tend to just shrug it off. even the vitriol you see over politics... adults are mean on paper(/comments sections) but rarely act that way in real life to real people and when they do they are so rare they make national headlines (see, bakers that do not serve gay people)

no ones belittling them, its clearly directed at people who do not want to die a virgin dying a virgin. just a simple "do this or you wont get this thing you want" there are probably more people who want their whole families to die than there are people who desire to die a virgin. and as already evidenced, certainly more who are willing to be raped by the devil.

i feel like if they abandoned teh idea of perforations and just made the x-shaped patch (with the four removable bits already gone) it would probably work well, but trying to remove the bits, esp being that small, very impractical. the sort of product everyone would buy once and never again.
