theres not even context needed most of those are very straightforwardly written... i mean like the proverbs one was a bit more poetic and subject to interpretation but most are straightforward. I've been to bible school, i went to church for over a decade before choosing lack of religion, I've read the bible, and i understand how many words have wiggle room due to multiple translations. those are very straightforward texts. nearly all religious books have entries like these, and while as civilized people we are able to recognize we shouldn't literally our children just because an old book says to in many places, we use small chunks of that book to stifle nearly every liberty folks hold dear.
