i think the bones in its mouth push the lips out and make the head look narrow because you think the snout is wider than it is, but look at the musculature on the leg you can see, its very pitty

its almost like fat and alcohol are just one of many factors that cause a person to be unhealthy, almost like if you eat a lot of fat and drink but do OTHER things right your risk is still minimized!
