The earth at the equator is roughly 131 million feet in circumference (sorry, used to imperial) and the pyramid of Giza has around 88 million cubic feet of stone. (Source: Google). The wall would need to be around 3 inches thick. 88 divided by 2 feet tall and multiplied by 4 is roughly 131. So yes, it is--but a small wall.
