It's Vinski Bal, in Vlasotince, Serbia, they also have kegs full of wine in the river, and fountain with wine. My sister won a beauty pageant. She killed herself few months later tho

I literally made an account to say, that is my hometown and that I worked there, few meters from there, and considering it's just a small few thousands town in the south of unknown country in the unknown part of the continent, is pretty amazing. Where did you find it, Guest? Are we acquaintances?
