Update: AHA! I WAS RIGHT! Apologies everyone, I didn't remember this episode for some reason 0_o
It is from a romantic/comedy/drama called Ao Haru Ride, rated as one of the best romantic anime out there (and personally my all time favourite). It's about a girl who used to be best friends with this guy when they were younger, but over time personal issues pulled them apart and their friendship disintegrated. Of course secretly, both were in love with each other at the time! When they reunite YEARS later at school, they initially despise each other for what the other person has turned into. They can't accept that they've each grown up and changed over time. Eventually however, they fall back in love with one another. It's very well crafted and highly popular for a reason.

Trust me when I say that I'm ugly. This isn't 'all in my head.'
I'm ugly and that's that *shrugs* but you know what, it doesn't bother me as much as it used to. So guys will never be attracted to me, so I'll never be loved...so what? Do I really need that to be HAPPY? My dream of studying at Oxford makes me happier than anything and to be honest, I've been betrayed by enough people to accept that everyone is only out to protect themselves. So why shouldn't I? *sighs* oh well...
If it makes you happy, then I hope you find love.

Just a side note, but anyone who STILL denies Global Warming in this day and age, despire the enormous mount of evidence supporting it...is an idiot. No apologies and no regrets for saying that.
