Yep, I'm Australian as well and Ive received similar treatment as an Italian/Austrian, I've had slurs like "you fuckin wog go back to your fascist country" screamed at me or "your people should be gassed for what you did during WWII, Hitler was Austrian all Austrians should die" and after kissing a friend on both cheeks (a cultural thing we do in Italy to show that we care about someone) I heard "we don't need anymore filthy Italians, you fuckin feeler."
My parents immigrated here for a better life and this is what I get? It's not just Asians, there are "true Aussies" who believe in a pure, British/Irish Australia. I agree, not all Asians are like this, of course some can be incredibly rude (as I demonstrated) but that comes with every culture I suppose.

Some of them can be, my friends (who I should point out are westerners) went to Japan and received nothing but hateful and hurtful comments like "all white women look like pigs etc." I'm not making this up, it was terrible. Compounded by the fact that Japan doesn't want outsiders to immigrate to their country (there was a story recently where an Indian man was abused by his Japanese co-workers just for being a different skin colour). I'm absolutely positive that they're NOT all like that, but a strong amount seemed to act that way when my friends visited Japan. I cannot speak for China and for any other Asian country. It's a shame though, I really love Japan and its people. I LOVE YOU JAPAN AND ALWAYS WILL.

I certainly think this way but I think that it's got to do with self esteem issues. I just don't believe that anyone could ever genuinely fall in love with me (save me your pity) and if someone ever said that they did love me, not that they would, I'd think "yeah yeah, whatever." I don't do it deliberately it's just easier to believe. If I believe you and then you end up hurting my feelings, well then I'm going to feel a right ol idiot, so I'll just act like you're lying and that way nobody has to form emotional attachments. Caring is a hassle.

L has to catch Light, who he suspects to be Kira with irrefutable proof and Kira needs to find out "L's" real name before the genius detective has chance to reveal who Light really is.

Fav Psychological Thriller - Fuck, picking this one was hard. As standard, Death Note is considered to be the greatest anime ever created but I think that Tokyo Ghoul gives this tour de force a run for its money. This story is set in Tokyo, which is haunted by mysterious "ghouls" who are devouring humans. People are gripped by the fear of these ghouls whose identities are masked in mystery. An ordinary college student named Kaneki encounters Rize at the café he frequents. Little does he realize that his fate will change overnight. Just be cutious, some find this anime to be highly intellectual and difficult to follow so make sure that you can actually understand what's going on before fully pursuing it. I didn't find it to be so, but I understand that MANY others did...so pay attention?

4. Fav Action - If you want pure action then Attack on Titan is your Holy Grail. Needless to say it is a very popular anime. Flash forward and the world is dominated by Titans. Teenage boy Eren and his foster sister Mikasa witness something horrific as the city walls are destroyed by a colossal titan. As the smaller titans flood the city, the two of them watch in horror as their mother is eaten alive. Eren vows that he will murder every single titan and take revenge for all of mankind. However, as he does secrets begin to unfurl and the quest becomes interesting.
5. Fav Drama - Otonashi awakens only to learn he is dead. A rifle-toting girl named Yuri explains that they are in the afterlife, and Otonashi realizes that he has lost his memory .Otonashi decides to join the SSS, Yuri's battlefront, and battle a girl called Tenshi. However, he finds himself oddly drawn to the enemy. WHY?

1. Fav Romance: Ao Haru Ride - the story about two students who were in love with each other in elementary but were separated over time through personal issues. Now they're in high school and each of them has changed and no longer likes the other. Will their feelings begin to emerge again, are still deeply in love with one another...high school is ending soon!
2. Fav Comedy: Fairy Tail - Set in an imaginary world, with wizards and magical creatures there exists a Magical Guild called "Fairy Tail." Lucy, a 17 year old wizard with the ability to call upon celestial powers befriends a strong, stubborn yet hilarious Natsu who invites her to join Fairy Tail. There she makes many friends and they go on many adventures!
3. Fav Horror: Another - When Kouichi Sakakibara transfers to a new school, he can sense something amiss. In the atmosphere of his new class there is a fatal secret that no one will talk about...what's going on?
