That doesn't refer to kids. When you have a child, you can either save them or condemn them.
If you're too young or not mentally capable to have kids then you shouldn't. Children are stuck with you unless you abandon them.

It's so weird how we can take organs out and not have people die. Usually. We can also do brain surgeries and heart transplants. It's amazing.

I also have a back up plan for the kids who were taken from their parents. Parents who want kids, but don't want them biologically, can go through the tests as well, and if they passed, will be "standby" parents. If a child is removed from their home due to mistreatment, they will immediately be given to a standby family because they've already been approved as stable parents and the kids won't have to spend the rest of their lives in orphanages
