I'll find the time to watch the commentary again and put a chat about it. I remember quick facts like stated above, but it's hard to remember things like when they describe animation techniques or storyboarding issues and stuff like that
If anyone had MM with directors commentary, you seriously gotta watch it. Those guys are hilarious

When Megamind and Metro Ma are quipping, you can see Metro Man behind Megamind for half a frame. Giving credence to his confession at the end of the movie

1. they had Titan misspell his name because it started off as a joke from the animators, but everyone else loved it so much they kept it
2. The directors favorite part was in the beginning where Megamind and Metro Man are quipping back and forth from the TV
3. The scene in the beginning where Metro Man is doing his speech you can hear someone go "I love you metro man" and hes like "and I love you random citizen"- directors say that's a way to show how MM sees people as just random and how he doesnt have any emotional attachment. This makes sense if you seen the movie and know the ending
4. When Roxanne "breaks up" with Megamind in the rain, if you watch Mega closely, you can see him swelling a lump in in throat, trying not to cry. I love that
5. Start if movie Roxannes dress is red, as she gets close to megamind it turns purple, at the end her dress is blue. It's a visual representation of how she feels towards Mega

It was Disney's first animated show that was chronological and no longer episodic. It was also very dark showing murder and drug use
Edit: the show also had an amazing voice cast.
