Thats kind of the point though. Its not taught to everyone, if the school doesn't have proper funding (or even unacknowledged corruption and the proper funding being funneled into someones pocket) then classes are cut. So poor areas, lose out. Also areas of a high religous sector are cutting education in areas that conflict with their views. We're seeing more places cut important classes in education, and overpopulation combined with poor parental choices is a very real problem that could (should) be adressed in class.

They're actually very expressive as far as traits humans understand. (Eyes, smiles ect)
