Actually they are internal organs: the 2 white ones on either side of the red are lungs, with the red one in the middle being the heart. Then the dark one on the left is the liver, and the one on the other side is the stomach. And in the lower portion, there is the darker large intestine surrounding the lighter small intestine. =)
