They are small and portable. Can carry and exchange quite a bit of information. less expensive then cell phone (in general). and don't rely on wifi and some can receive certain types of radio signals in the event of cell towers go down.

When its that serious there is a problem, anisocoria isn't USUALLY that pronounced. Usually its less than a 1mm difference between the 2 pupil sizes.

I hate how politicians twist things so much. Now I'm not saying that women and children aren't victims of war because they are unfortunately. But for Hilary to say, or at least allude, that men aren't victims of war is asinine to me, they are the ones actually dying in war, often far away from their homes and loved ones in a strange land.
