Maybe wherever you come from it does, but in England/Uk it doesn't. That's a stupid rule anyway, if you wanted to say decimal point, you'd say One hundred POINT One. Anyway, the language is English, not American, so English rules should apply everwhere, not some made up rubbish where you said "one hundred one"

October 1995. I see myself as a 90s kid and as not, because I don't really remember the 90s so I can't say I have 90s values, my "kid" times are like from 1999 onwards (that I can actually remember)
