As a former graphic designer...I am here to say, that this is good photoshopping. But photoshopping nonetheless...

Yes, and sometimes you have to lie about whether or not you will let your animal be an 'outdoor' animal...Which is dumb if they are big and need exercise...

If you are an experienced--or semi-experienced--pet-owner, then you have a special mandate to adopt! My first pet was a cat who had all but 3 of her teeth kicked out and who had been victim of an attempted drowning. She was terrified of us for her first 3 years, but we knew if we sent her back to the shelter after 3 tries she would be put down. Eventually, I could call her like a dog, and she followed me around the house for cuddles. Would do again...
