My anxiety just teams up with my depression and tells me it would be better if I died so no one would have to be bothered by me ever again instead of me annoying everyone I interact with, and when I try to counter it with a "eh, no one cares how i act! “ my depression hits me with an "ever" and I tell it "no, people care" and then I'm stuck in a loop.
