Yeah, but my panic attacks make me unable to breathe. I know it's in my head. Plus, I haven't had one in over a week. Yay! Sorry to hear about yours.

Actually yeah, I have. I was diagnosed after going to the hospital for the second time when I had a panic attack. I'm seeing a therapist regularly.
