Batgirl, it's not actually supposed to be a police box. It's a TARDIS (Time And Relative Dimension In Space), a Type 40, that the Doctor uses in Dr Who. It's supposed to disguise itself so it can blend into any surroundings (it can travel through time and space) but the chameleon circuit broke and it's stuck as a 1960's London police box. The TARDIS makes a whoosh sound, not a police siren.

They make good presents if your significant other likes DWho cuz it shows that u notice their interests and if ur like me then if u bake cookies and put them in there it's also thoughtful and a good munch :3

If it really is a TARDIS, then you get to have way more cookies in there because its bigger on the inside.
