Hawaii to ban plastic bags

The county i live in does this, i havent seen a plastic bag in so long lol

Can I just say that people who seell plastic bags aren't to blame for the pollution,

I understand, but there are irresponsible people everywhere. They're not going to take care of it properly. They're going to throw it on the ground no matter what the trash is, so we might as well give them something biodegradable.

As someone who lives in Hawaii, I can confirm that plastic bags have, in fact, been banned.

Same here. When we go to Oahu we save all the plastic bags we accumulate.
