I guess it depends - sometimes they make you a bad person if you see them as good decisions. It's all about intent and WHY you made the decisions, to me at least.
Ya that's true. I think it depends on our definition of "bad" decisions too. I was thinking more of "evil" decisions. Spending your last 200 dollars on a new pair of shoes is a bad decision. Doesn't mean you're a bad person, but that same situation when you really needed to buy baby food...

But, generally, if you are a bad role-model then you probably aren't a great person either as something is making you a person that people shouldn't aspire to be like.
