Sadly this one is made up, but there are real places that are similar. If it was too rude the Victorians would have changed it anyway. Some streets where prostitutes lived were called "Gropec*nt Lane" in the medieval period but these got changed to "Grape Lane". So anyplace name with f*ck in it is probably fake. But words like "cock" mean rooster in England so you end up with "Tickle Cock Bridge" and "Cockermouth". However there's a place in Shetland called "Twatt" named after the Old Norse for a small parcel of land.
