Skyrim with mods. I play Skyrim with Hdmi but it doesn't look too realistic but it still does look incredible.

It's mostly ENB that causes it to look this good. Adds some directx11 elements (SweetFX, SMAA, etc.) into directx9 games. Only available for PC I'm afraid.

If you go to a national/state park it is. Mingus Mountain AZ looks almost exactly like this in the spring except Mingus has flowers everywhere.
