For me that's more like three hours.

That's my constant fear. I'm just lucky that I'm a very schedule oriented person. :/

I always succumb to temptation. My new alarm clock makes me answer math questions to turn it off.. I had a hard time for awhile answering questions in my sleep until i realized i can turn my phone off. So ... I WIN!
