Sometimes I just hold it

I always count to 3 and try to stand up but sometimes I have to count to 3 like 50 times and by the time I finally stand up, the class is over.

I work myself up so much that I always awkwardly stand up walk into a desk fall out on the floor and start sobbing uncontrollably by that point I just piss myself in the middle of class. The anxiety is real

I usually say 'do it now and you'll thank me later' and that usually helps
