Clearly no one is, but you don't have to be blind to be allowed a service dog.
Those service dogs are trained extremely well too. They're amazingly intelligent.

Guys, it doesn't matter if she's blind or not. This is either a test or the woman is disabled and needs an assistant for daily living which this wonderful pup is providing.
