I think it's one of those rare medical conditions. I don't know the science, but I know it has happened.

The youngest pregnant girl was Lina Medina who went through super early puberty, eventually got impregnated and gave birth when she was 5 years old. The baby boy came out surprisingly healthy and Lina's family raised him letting him think that Lina was his sister.

Well she may have gotten pregnant at 4 but then gave birth when she was 5, but I could be wrong. And yeah, I think so. There's also a picture of her during her pregnancy and it's seriously mind blowing how mature she looks.
