I may be really behind on Naruto.... But I was pretty sure Sasuke has no family.... So if Sasuke has no family.... How can someone be his cousin? They'd have to be dead

No. This is the Sharingan that the Uchiha clan possesses. Heterochromia is just two different colored eyes.

The red eye is from the show naruto. It's not real. They have contacts like that but no one can actually have that as a mutation. It's be badass tho
