It is a boy sitting/laying on the car and the girl is laying on top of him. Girls arms out out stretched. Boys are the palms but the body is the boys laying on his back the "boobs"'are his shoulder blades hitting the car slightly.

Um......hands don't bend that way, they were made by a person leaning onto the car FACING the car, not somebody with their back to the car
