there are magnets on the inside and they move the ball bearings around a recessed track and the minutes is on the top face and the hour is on the side

Or you could just take the glass off a normal analog wristwatch..

but if you do that then the hands break apparently. it is on kickstarter and it is called the bradley. look it up for more information

Most of the visually impaired people I know from FSDB have watches that talk or ones where the crystal flips up and they can touch the hands. The hands and numbers are heavier duty than a regular watch. I would think that this particular watch would get confusing particularly with little variation in the numbers.
