The artic has no land of its own. But Antarctica has land underneath all the ice. There are 7 continents, North America, South America, Asia, Europe, Africa, Australia, and Antarctica.
Yes, but America counts as one continent, because otherwise we would have to count as continents of their own to Central America and America insular. It's a single landmass

North and South America are two separate continents. Using your thought process Asia and Europe would only be one continent but that's not the case. Trust me. I'm right.
This is the internet, we are never going to agree. But I know I'm right as well. There are several ways to separate them, apparently in English-speaking countries they teach the seven-continent model and in Spanish-speaking countries they teach the six-continent model. So I guess we were both right
