Is it really possible to sue for anything now a days i mean doesn't their lawyer look at then stupid or do they believe they can actually win.

Sadly, people make livings off of suing for useless shit like that. For example, a woman sued Mcdonalds for making her kid fat. Issue there ? Yeah. But people sue for pretty much anything, and the percentage who wins is kinda disappointing.

Yeah is seen this it's because a guy (black guy) said he wanted more napkins and started getting an attitude and then a worker said wow some people and now he is sueing because he considered it racist because he is black... Btw I'm not racist
