Well it depends on your significance level and your statistical data. Also 3 samples is not strong for statistical analysis so you should fail atleast 10 times. Furthermore your conditions need to be correct for being statistically significant(I.e. Random, independence, and normality)

The most common significance level that is widely accepted is 5%, so you would have to fail 20 times at least to reach that level I would have thought.
