True, but they were married and all that (not that it matters much). I'm not a huge twilight fan, and there are more than enough reasons to hate it. But selling sex isn't really high up there on its faults list.

I think a main problem is that their relationship - and the ensuing, rather destructive to furniture, sex - is entirely unhealthy and not something to aspire to at all.
