This is excellent information but one quick question ... Is the shirt and jacket mandatory or is it possible to break out of zip tie in more casual clothes? We can't all be Ron Burgundy you know.

Oh and if someone handcuffs you behind your back just bend your knees and step back over your arms. Since the handcuffs are now in front you can grab something to pick the lock(I carry Bobby pins for this sole purpose).
