If it had that mass it would have a greater gravitation field than the earth and would pull it in ! Then the earth would be formed as a new ball planet around the mace!
I've already won FS, what use would a cookie be for the likes of me?
Btw, this isn't what I predicted. Not to mention it'd probably attract all the downthumbs he used to get.
But that raises more questions: why didn't it just completely crush Loki? Why is it that it doesn't smash through the earth when a person other than Thor tries to pick it up? Why couldn't a car pull it (considering the car isn't alive and no person was directly touching mjolnir)
I always thought it weighed as much as you would expect like 50 lbs or something but Thor was just the only one who could carry it because of his "worthiness". Then again, I'm stupid at stuff like this.
save yourself the trouble of looking ignorant and go to youtube and look up vsauce3 how much does thors hammer weigh. it does not have the mass of a dying star otherwise it would be 10 quadrillion pounds and have the strongest gravitational pull ever. the video is awesome. look it up.
I feel like we all need the official marvel source on the issue- the mythology in Norse is different from the Marvel. The comic mythology also altered and changed or varied several times over the years, so a lot of you who are saying different things are correct- just in differing realities. Check it out yourselves:
