If he's immortal he can use his oxygen supply to propel himself towards earth. Then, he can crash through the atmosphere no problem.

Assuming he's immortal enough to shrug off asphyxiation and freezing, what makes you think incineration and crushing would slow him down?
Btw, would squirting oxygen even work as a propellant in the vacuum of space?
