It's a fabric dye called iDye, it's a pretty popular brand and works very well. You can buy it in Australia at most Lincrafts, but if you live in America or Canada you'd probably be able to find it at a fabric or arts and crafts store or order it online. http://www.jacquardproducts.com/idye.html But any fabric dye should work just as well, just make sure to check whether the dye you picked is meant for natural fibres or synthetic fibres.
