From what I hear, that series is garbage, anyway. I've actually started to think books/movies that constantly get mentioned on FS are garbage by default.

When I started getting into The Mortal Instruments, I checked its Wikipedia page and there was a fucking spoiler for the 3rd book on the page for the first book.
