The way i see it, a foreigner can speak a language better than a native, due to slang and informalities

Lol this makes me laugh so freaking bad because it is so extremely true! My husband 1st language is Spanish and writes amazing English and when somebody's who's first language is English and writes the "stupid language" as I call it it makes me soooo angry and irritated when they MSG him but it makes me laugh like a hyena that my husband speaks and writes better English than a freakin person who supposedly knows English all their life

Uhh... Okay, this is true. You start like so unconfident about your english and then you notice it doesn't even matter lol.

It's because if you know a language first, you know all the ways to shorten it or make it easier but still have people understand you, but if you don't know those things, you have to be careful about how you talk. We understand how to write correctly, but we just don't care.

my first lenguage its spanish, i live in south america and when my cousins visit us from the states and i practice my english with them they look at me like if i was talking like the queen of england...truth is ive only learned how to shorten expressions here in fubsubstance

Yeah, English is my born language, And I hate how it sounds spoken and is very confusing to write.
