You know the feeling

I was listening to a song that gave me goosebumps in class the other day and I was lying on my desk face down. Even though I already had the goosebumps another guitar riff and the singer's-oh-so-sexy voice combined made me shiver a "little".
The shivers were not so little. Because I was lying on my desk it looked like I was vibrating and my friend thought I was having an orgasm.

Or I have to poop....I get goosebumps when I have to poop real bad.
