I have seen some older homes with that in the States- but because we are evil little yanks and think of thinks to do to torture our neighbors like above less and less people have a direct opening into their home like that lol

No one is going to analyze the DNA that maybe came out in cells when you pissed, and even if they did that would need a sample of your DNA already to test it against. They only have that of you have a criminal record.
